Council of Past Presidents on a Mission

The Council of Past Presidents of the Rotary Club embarked on a heartwarming mission to uplift the lives of young learners in Oriental Mindoro. On July 13th, after disembarking on a fast craft MV ___ was loaded with goodwill made its way to Dao Elementary School, laden with essential school supplies, comfortable shirts, and cozy blankets.

This philanthropic endeavor, spearheaded by the esteemed Past Presidents EfrenReyes, Pons Acuña, Mike Abarquez, Noel Bautista, Nomer Catapang and Lito Alviar, aimed to create a positive impact on the lives of the school’s third-grade students. As the council members arrived at the school, they were greeted with the radiant smiles of eager young minds. The distribution of supplies was more than just a logistical operation; it was a celebration of hope and shared humanity. The sight of children receiving new materials, designed to facilitate their learning journey and provide comfort, was a proof to the council’s commitment to fostering a brighter future for the next generation.
